Success Realistic Goals

Success Realistic Goals
Often times we start out to be what we call Successful and do not have a plan or anything to help us get to where we are headed and therefore get off track and do not finish what we started, because we did not have or write down any Success Realistic Goals.
I have been reading a lot lately on Success and what I find everywhere is pretty much the same concept that what anyone needs is a plan, a goal and a realistic one at that. Success as we know it is not something that will generate all of these firecracker explosive emotions when you think you have reached the point that you feel Successful. Success inpart is anything you do well. But, if you are seeking a step further in your life, whether it be a better relationship, a higher salary with a title behind your name, or becoming a better person with some personal growth involved, a spiritual knowing, anything that requires some work on out part, please keep at it. Any improvement in ourselves gives us power in our life to help others and in so doing, help ourselves. Life with positive changes, is something we all need when we are seeking something more than we have.
I believe that Success is something that every individual must be willing to work for but in so doing, have a standard of rules for themselves that they will not break to get what they desire. Meaning they will not change their values, their integrity, or their moral views. If you have to give up something of quality to get something you think is more quality; it is just not worth it. There must be a Vision of the end results and how it will feel. There must be a set of Realistic Goals. When you accomplish one check it off and go to the next. Remember that compromise is not an option. When we compromise, we loose sight of what the end results would be. It is in remembering that good things do come to people who practice what they preach, keep their focus on the end not the present. Anything worth having is worth working for, plain and simply. We all appreciate something more if we work hard for it, than if someome gives us something. Labor, toil and sweat....is remembered. When we see our hard work turn into fruitation and gain in our life, we can then sit back and smile at what we have done without feeling guilty. We know we deserve it because we have worked for it. Nothing worth having is given to anyone that I can think of except salvation. We must remember what success really is first and most important.
In the quest for Success with Realistic Goals, we must have confidence in ourselves to know that we can produce the necessary capabilities to get the job done in which we are endeavoring to Succeed. Our goals should be listed with first things first....meaning...a list of goals to include a step by step plan of action. In most any business that is profitable there is a plan of action, policies and procedures, business proposals, budget, and goals, with time frames. Sometimes in an game plan time frames may be altered because with life, the unexpected sometimes come our way and our plans have to rearranged. That is just life but if we write it down, and read it often, it can keep us motivated and on tract to get the job done. It is always best not to tackle the hardest practices first. We start out with the small things and make baby steps until we find the right place and time to tackle the bigger things. We don't need to get overwhelmed with the hard stuff first. Baby steps...they will help us want to continue to reach the end with vigor and excitement.
Let me say that I am a firm believer that we all need a mentor of some kind. Sometimes it is hard to share our hopes and dreams with others who do not understand or believe certain things are possible. It helps just to have someone to talk to about where you are in your attainment of what you are reaching for. Someone will listen, someone will care but most of the time, it is up to you...to keep at it regardless of how long it takes and especially of what other people say regarding your plan or desire to work toward.
When you find obstacles within your endeavor to Success Realistic Goals you could quote some of these that might help youself:
